You can track your order in two ways:

Visit the Order Status page and enter your order ID
Log in to your account dashboard to view your full order history and tracking details

Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking page
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch

If you’re unable to locate your order details:

Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email
Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout
If more than 48 hours have passed since your order and you have not received tracking details, contact us with:
- Your order date
- The email address used for the purchase
