We want you to be fully satisfied with your SVOD Project purchase. If something isn’t right, our team will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

This policy is provided by Chipsetpro.com, an authorized distributor of SVOD Project products.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective upon arrival

12-Month Limited Warranty

All SVOD Project products — including programmers, adapters, FPC cables, and sockets — are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

During the warranty period:

  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Warranty service is coordinated by Chipsetpro.com in cooperation with SVOD Project

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@svod-programmer.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number
  4. Ship the package using a tracked courier service and retain your tracking number

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable / Not Covered

The following are not eligible for return or warranty coverage:

  • Damage caused by improper use, incorrect voltage, or wrong pin orientation
  • Modified, opened, or tampered devices
  • Items returned without RMA authorization
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return window (warranty claims for valid defects are still accepted)

EU Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
